Easy run in nice weather finally here in Ohio. 9 mi at 8:45 pace

Usually 3-4 hrs in morning and again 3.4 hrs in the evening until the target is found.

i disagree with the 3rd item. Those things are a miracle garment and you can never tell what may be peaked out of there!! That said they can turn a 4 into an 8. Next best thing after ducktape
