Spent the weekend at a retreat center that is around 9K, good for the lungs. Got 40 minutes of cardio in this morning as well which is all adding up to being about the best I can expect after two weeks of relatively low activity.

With the sheer number of people hunting from out of state in CO, this certainly could be an issue. Motives to not go home empty handed are a serious piece of the pie, the idea of a "meat buck" for residents is present too. Ego about killing for X number of years straight drives the R and NR...

Well, got another solid 40 minutes of cardio in this morning. This is the time of year where I struggle to do anything except the core exercises and cardio and honestly with a big hike coming up on Wednesday I really didn't want to deadlift or squat and be uber sore for it LOL.

The anticipation would kill me if I tried to do this. October/November in Wyoming is going to be bad enough LOL.

Yup, the uses for any off road tool need to be managed properly. I agree these are motorized most definetly. One thing I will say though is that I don't think that they cause the same level of disturbance as say an ATV or a UTV. Which makes me wonder if in the future if E-Bikes will be granted...

First morning back in the gym since kicking this infection issue to the curb. All appears to be well now and will be pushing the workouts up heading into my hunt that starts next week.
