    monday did part 3 of 4 of the first mountain hike. Today was strength 1 min speed 1 min for 8 rounds. Part 3 was a little flatter then the last two as the trail was more side hilling in this part but had a few inclines.

    Saturday Did part two of the first mountain climb on the elliptical. Was an interval workout 1 min steady walk, 1 min fast walk/jog, 1 min in between the first two. Then repeat. Pretty good workout. Oh dont pay attention to the HR not sure where it's getting the readings from
