Some great advice. It’s nice to see how people are treated here on EF. Really shows the quality members we have.

I have thought about the morning workout my issue with it and why I've always done night workouts is I'm not a morning person. And feel if I tried to workout mornings I'd skip it to sleep. Just being honest with myself there and wanted to make sure I worked outAgree with GD. Change 1 thing at a time. It usually takes about 10 days for a change to become habitual.
Also, have you thought about doing a quick workout in the AM. This could increase your metabolism for the rest of the day and assist in burning more calories as well as get you up/alert and ready to 'take on the day'.
I used to take a Gallon of water with me to work everyday and make sure I finished it before my shift ended. Its tough but eventually your body will get used to it like anything else. For me it was fun because I had a co worker who was dieting/exercising too so we would both stay on each other all day about our water intake. If you can find someone with the same goals or similar to yours. Having that extra push really helps too.Weigh in today was good down 4.6 pounds
The two main things I've been working on since the class is they want us at 1500 calories and eating 6 "meals" with 100g of protien minimum. Also they nutritionist commented about no more the 30g protien a meal as the body cant absorb more the that at one time. Oh and drink water like a fish 80oz a day
So I've been paying attention to the amount of protien per meal. But main focus has been trying to do the six meals a day with the 1500 I've slowly been bring this down to a consistent under 1900 from the 2400 I was at. Water intake is the getting better closer to 60 oz a day.
Yeah right know I bring 2 25oz bottles to work and try to make sure they are gone before I leave but I'm also trying to practice sipping the water and not chugging it as I normally do. Right now I use the forum for support and a buddy of mine but he lives on the other side of the state so normally it's a check in on each other mid day with a text or somethingI used to take a Gallon of water with me to work everyday and make sure I finished it before my shift ended.
