    Finding a gym

    Just a short update Found a personal trainer and have been doing the couch potato to 5k at the gym ( planet fitness ) have been going steady for a month and a half. Really seeing strength and endurance increasing. I'll start hiking with a pack 2 to 3 days a week now.

    They have the west river gtx for $289 Last boots i bought was 10 years ago and still have them but tired of my feet hurting. They are not anywhere in this class of boots and can't wear pronghorns or any danner boots because of the fit. So stepping way up in quality.

    Its a Tenzing pack for women, most of the "womens" packs we have looked at are just too small or don't have enough support to haul any weight. Looked at the badlands Kalai and the reviews are its great till after the shot then not enough room.
