Yeah, I agree. The good Colorado units seem to take a lot of points. You can bulid points in WY and be eligible for a decent hunt sooner.

Good point. If states reduce NR tags, or any tags, this fall the reduced harvest will probably mean better hunting next year.

I'm intentionally not applying for any non-res tags this year so I won't get caught up in what could be quite a mess. However, for everyone who does apply, it sure seems like it would be illegal for states to cancel seasons without providing a refund. Sounds like stealing to me too.

Just points for me this year and a couple of 2nd choice options for deer and elk. I'm not asking for anything hard to draw because I'll be busy with a new job and also due to the uncertainty of whether or not the coronavirus will screw up hunting this fall.

My favorite hunt, hands down, was my first hunt ever for rabbits back in PA. I had been waiting for years to hunt with a gun in my hands. My Dad, Grandpa and best family friend were there along with our beagle. I got my first rabbit even though the shot knocked me backwards off the log I was...

Maybe … but if we're on a Nationwide shut down or anything like that you may not be able to use the tag. Jut something else to consider.

Of course not … all the poachers should rally together !! ... and I mean physically get together all in one place and share germs with each other as much as possible. A couple of weeks later much of the poaching problem will be solved :sneaky:

That's exactly what I did last spring in Montana. Saw a least one sow with cubs everyday. Finally spotted, and got, a nice boar on day 5.
