Does anyone use a full length bushing die to resize and bump the shoulder then use a expander mandrel to set neck tension/concentricity? For those that do it what's your work flow? do you do it post trim, deburr/chamfer? Do you use a dry lube? Carbide vice steel mandrel? Thanks

Those are both in the same price category scope and are both very close in my opinion. Close enough the eye couldn't tell. The Meopta Meopro is not a full blown Zeiss so its in the same class as the VX3 HD. I'd lean towards the Leupold for their no non sense return policy/service.
