So if a repeat drunk driver kills someone, it's OK? Same thing. He knew that his gun could kill. That's the point of hunting. He has to be punished so he doesn't and others don't repeat this type pf thing.

Unless he dropped the gun and it discharged in a random direction, it was NO accident. Anything less than a felony with state prison time should be off the table. The DA need to grow a set and refuse any deal.
