Nope. If he bails out he can wait at home but until he bails he can sit in jail and think about what he has done. Why should the county have to pay to hunt him down and bring him back? Being from out of state that should be a no brainer.

The shooter should be in jail, period. No excuse for it what so ever. Orange wouldn't fix stupid. The seasons should be separated. Modern Muzzleloaders (not to be confused with true primitive) should be part of the regular rifle. A primitive season should be separate from archery.

I also believe the CPW is to blame for contributing to this senseless tragedy. I have always thought it stupid to allow any firearms during bow season. Having a muzzleloader season and allowing these modern muzzleloaders is a joke. My heart goes out to you and your family.
