Don't know what you've ate before, but you haven't ate it taken care of or prepared like this. My 8 and 10 year old asked for seconds of it over desert.never been a huge fan of bear , though it will make a turd.
I like beef , first and foremost, then then it goes elk, moose, deer ( generally but not always whitetail over mulie) ,speed goat,, pork ,lamb then bear and on down to upland game such as quail , pheasant and chukar, then rodents(such as squirrel or them wascawy wabbitts with waterfowl a dead last as it just tastes plain fowl to me.

yes i grow them here in SoCal but there not the same as Hatch chiles from NMOnly place to get Hatch chiles is Hatch N..M... Getr' done!Gotta be pepper Jack!
