Some new shoes may help. I'd be careful that it's not a pinched nerve in your back.
If you don't already, perhaps try some back stretch exercises throughout the week to keep limbered up.

Now that most of our traveling is over I have jumped back onto the wagon. Fitbit is back on my wrist and the clean eating starts today.

I add the back stretches also i was reading it could be tight calf muscles or slight form issue. Looked at my shoe (trail so lots of tread) and there are spots of tread wore completely down so try my new pair and some calf and shin stretches and hope that helps not having any issues with my back and after about 10 mind of walking the tenseness and numb go away so its only well running

Focusing on core and just using body resistance. A budy turned me on to a plank/push up routine that I'm doing... kicks my butt but seems to be working. Still keeping up the cardio 3 days a week... Happy with my weight just need to get stronger and better conditioned. I'm installing a band workout station in my new man cave... will post pictures in a few weeks when it's done.

Learning to do a LOT of pushups cut my ab routines down dramatically and the stomach/core got flatter faster than ever.

Thursday

Went for run. Did extra stretching but still tight in my calfs at mile 2 i had to wait on traffic for few secs so tried stretching it. The made it to mile three. Left leg and foot good but right foot was tingling and getting numb calf was super tight. Stretched for about 5 mins and then ran a cool down. After the stretching the feelimg came back to my foot calf loosened. So ill try some more stretching and maybe massage my calfs to help loosen them up.
