Smoked salmon today.
Ground Jalapeno, honey, soy sauce, salt, and brown sugar.
Bit of spice, with some smokey sweet.
Interesting. Not going to lie, never been a big fan of eating liver, heart, etc.I cooked up some liver and onions from Hank Shaw's book a couple nights ago. I ended up dumping all the liver in the trash and just eating the caramelized onions and saut?ed kale.
The liver wasn't competing wretched but a very strange texture and odd taste just didn't sit well with me it was the first recipe from his book that didn't knock it out of the park.
