That's a bummer, good news is that hopefully you can still ride the bike?

Got mine in this evening. Was pretty good, adding more cardio to get ready for hunting season.

I had to cut the second hill short this morning. I startled a young hen turkey with a brood that was only 2 days old. those little turkery where only 3 inches long. she let out a pretty good squawk when I came up on her.

Lost 30lbs in about 2 months. Been busting ass 5 days a week with weights, 3-5 miles on resistance bike, hiking once a week 3-6 miles, basketball and soccer on my off days. Changed my entire diet as well. Feeling good as ever

Running into a bit of a rut also, I don't even count my workout calories and I've sort of planed out on the weight loss the last week. Not gaining really. I don't really bother with day to day weight but just make sure the weekly is trending down. Hopefully get a good workout this evening. A guy I've been friends with since elementary school is in town so we'll see

Update on my shoulder. After my orthopedic surgeon appointment yesterday found out i have a grade 3 shoulder seperation ie my ligaments holding my collar bone down to my shoulder are all torn. 18 mm of seperation. So rest and wait as the surgery takes longer to recover from then letting it heal on its own. Said could take as long as 2-3 months to get 100% movement and strength back

First mile

Second mile

It was very difficult running in the excessive heat and almost 100% humidity of mid day. And shoulder wise it was kinda sore from the bouncing of running and weird form having arm slinged up. And ive had a hard time sleeping so low energy. Hopefully things well be healed up a bit more by my 5k and i can run the whole thing. If not ill run as much as i can with the shoulder. Im off work now till August 17. My 5K is August 13

That sucks. I just struggled with a shoulder injury. Muscle relaxers and a full month off from working out. Back to 100% now. Take it easy and give it time.

Thanks for the update Marcus. Hang in there. It'll be behind you soon enough. Just continue with the diet, plenty of water, and walking/running. If you're off work, walk several times per day, even short distances. Keep moving and you'll keep losing.
Sometime, tweaking the diet helps to kick-start through a sticking point.

I've broken my workout down into more manageable pieces due to work and home life.
Thursday: Extensive Biceps only workout

That sucks! Hang in there though. Don't overdo it, not something you want to linger any longer than it has to!
