Yeah, when I add a new exercise I always start really light. Scrolling through Instagram was pretty humbling see how much weight some people were throwing up.Humbling as well.
Congrats on the tag!This Week I did a Pub Run on Tuesday with a new group. 5.8 miles I didn't map or time. Wednesday I was late to the Fun Run and ran one of my fastest 5k's ever. Tonight I'm planning to run some hills in the regional park.
