Today was my firat training run of the week. decided after repeating week 3 last week and my knee feeling a ton better that i would jump up to week 4 of the training program. So this weeks circuit is

3 min jogging
90secsonds walk
5 mins jogging
2.5 mins walk
3 mins jogging
90secsonds walk
5 mins jogging

It felt good legs were a little tired after. Also noticed i need to change my turn around point or its almost time to do the loop around.

Circuit Training last night and was short on time.
Shoulder Presses, Abs, Pushup, Burpeys. All 4 exercises x 3 sets of 20 each.

Thanks guys im hoping all the work ive been putting in this week gets me below 3. Been eatting a liitle more this week though been around 1800-1900 calories in take instead of my 1500 goal. But ive been netting below 1500 so still good.

Mowed the yard after running so that was like 400 calories burned om top of my run i did today.

Now that the trails are drying up and hopefully no more snow, been able to get out on the mountain bike. An hour yesterday and today. Keeping the heart rate low (zone 2ish) trying to get the lower-back back in shape.

Started adding some weights to my schedule. Monday and Thursday, did a 2.8 mile run along with upper body lifts.
Bench
Incline
bicep curls
one arm row-kickbacks
Triceps barbell press
lat pulldowns
All 3x10 for the next 4 weeks.

Tuesday morning did my Taylor Mountain Tuesday Hill Run at 6:00 am. 1200 feet of Elevation going up in 2.4 miles. Had to hustle back so cut off some distance on the return. 4.1 miles total.

Im getting faster on my first mile but a keep losing a little on the second mile compared to my last two runs. My legs were shot today on the last 5 minutes of my run.

I'm down 30 lbs as of 2 weeks ago before a weeks vaca and a week working outta town. I'm afraid to get on the scale. I'm going to go for 2 weeks back to my routine and then get on the scale and hope I'm close to -30 still.

Ya it's never good when we plan our vaca around where we want to eat. Ha but it's vaca and I can say at least I wasn't 30 lbs heavier and did the same thing.
