I was cleaning out my old desk in my gun/reloading room and found a tablet with everything about my hunts to Wyoming in 1990, 1992 & 1993.
1990- Hunters 5: Deer killed: 4 bucks, 8 does. Antelope killed: 3 bucks, 6 does.
1992-Hunters 6: Deer killed: 6 bucks, 4 does. Antelope killed: 6 bucks, 4 does.
1993-Hunters 6: Deer killed: 6 bucks, 5 does. Antelope killed: 6 bucks, 7 does.
We filled every tag we had each year. Non residents could buy as many as 5 doe deer and 5 doe antelope tags.
I also have saved a lot of the old tags. In 1981 (my first year hunting Wyoming) -NR Buck Antelope was $100.00. 1990 Buck Antelope & Deer : $100, Doe tags were $25.00. In 1992 & 93 Bucks tags went up to $150.00 and the doe tags stayed the same. Prices stayed the same thru 1996. Actually compared to these prices, today's prices are not all that bad, especially the type 6 doe/fawn tag.
I usually brought home 4 animals (buck deer & antelope; doe deer or antelope), which filled my freezer for sure!
