Wyoming 124-1 Elk

Hello all,
I was a lucky recipient of a 124 bull tag.
I am familiar with some of the unit (B.B., S.B., P.B., 6.M.R ect.) but was wondering if anyone would be willing to chat about some potential out of the way places to maybe find an older, bigger bull that are away from where everyone will be deer/cow elk hunting?

I did a little poking around last weekend and turned up a number of nice bulls but I imagine they wont stay there for long when the shots start ringing out.

There shouldn't be two many hunters to deal with they only offer 50 deer tags and 100 cow tags. My dad is working in the southern part of the unit near Powder Wash and has seen some elk. I'll get some specifics and PM you.

I know it wont be like a general unit that's for sure.
I just figured everyone will be around the 2 prominent land features that are in the center of the unit.

Sounds familiar! I sometimes have hours to kill here at work... lots of research gets done
