That's because they only accepted educated wolves that know where the states border are.

You can see that they know where they are at by not crossing into Wyoming but only running east west along the border

Well they managed to breed so CO has that going for it...

I was hoping enough of them had jumped across the border into Wyoming that it had changed things up a bit.

And they are branching out a little bit further, but they did decided to move away from the Wyoming boarder in a couple of areas.

This map shows the drainage's that they have received the GPS signals from. Sad that it looks like they got some readings just to the south of where I live and the elk herd is in trouble form bears and cats.
