Peacock Sighting! Guy in the gym puts on a belt with a dangling chain, hangs a weight between his legs. Walks to the pull-up bar looking like he has a freshly-filled diaper, proceeds to do 3 pull-ups - I was laughing openly. This is that dude you see with the shrunken t-shirt.

Those guys are my favorite lol. Or the ones that slam their 50lb dumb bells after they do a couple shoulder presses lol.

I have used the 150lb DB and there is no easy way lay those down after a set of 5. Just say?n. [emoji41]

You are right, there honestly isn't a great way to get rid of weight on DB bench. Truth be told if you don't drop it is easy to get hurt.

Back and core today. Lat pull downs, seated rows, farmers walk for 1 minute, side crunches, and back raise.

Did the 82ND AIRBORNE workout with the wife and son this morning. It is part of our monthly ruck challenge we are doing

8 rounds for time
8 shoulder presses
20 plank pulls
8 ruck swings
200m ruck with extra sand bag

took us 32:11 to do it. Great workout

Nice and cool here on the Colorado Front Range this morning. Finally was able to make it around the 3 mile loop without stopping while going up the hill on mile 2 which starts at the bottom around 7,150 ft elevation and climbs to 7,400+. This exercise thing at 7200-7400 feet takes a bit of time to get the lungs in shape from doing nothing.

Upper body giant sets this morning, bumped up to 5 exercises per muscle group - 45 mins. Followed by a 2.5 mile walk with the wife this afternoon.
