Bonecollector's advice about enough sleep is huge... how much sleep do yous guys average per night? I know I don't get enough as I only average around 5.5 - 6 hours.
6.5 hours on a normal week a week I really focus on it 7ish. That's actuall sleep time based of my Fitbit sleep stages that it spits out

VO2 Max test run today, mainly to make sure my watch tech is legit. Covered 1.73 miles in 12 mins, that?s a 6:55/mi pace and a VO2 Max of 51, I?m pretty happy with that at 35

I usually get seven hours per night. I?m in bed by 10:30 and up at 5:50AM

First shot at an actual leg day

Leg extensions 3x20 60lbs, 3x15 70lbs
Leg curls. 3x20 60lbs, 3x15 70lbs
Lunges(20lbs) 5x10 each leg
Squats 3x15 65lbs

Night off

had to run my oldest son (5 year old) to the ER middle work day cause he got a hair wrapped around his toe that was cutting off circulation basically a turnakit. Had to cut it out then had to go back to work few hours. Now this tired dad going to bed.

Friday - HIIT Intervals, rotated between full resistance/inclined elliptical, burpees and spin bike for 30 mins.
Still nursing this stupid elbow so not doing much strength at the moment.

60 mins recumbent bike 22.25 miles hard day at work running around had my legs feeling like crap. Still broke 22 but not as close to 23 or over as I would like

Saturday - Bi / tri / abs, almost boating weather gotta tune up the pretty muscles LOL. Ground through the elbow pain and its not too bad today.
