Recumbent bike 60 mins 21.3 miles

Not sure what your asking tim about the snack.

My work days normally go about like this

Up 40 mins before I leave
Have a small breakfast 200-300cal or protein shake since my stomach and breakfast dont get along.
Drive 35 mins to work
Work 2-3 hours take my break includes my snack normally 250-350 calories
Then work another 3-4 hours take meal
Work 1-3 hours go home
Drive 40-45 mins home traffic sucks
Get home work on something for a bit
Then cook dinner
Get kids bathed and in bed
Exercise then shower
Then maybe 1hour or 2 of TV well doing budget and computer projects
Then bed

Great job Tim. However I think you?re 1/10 of a mile sshy of a 5K-LOL
Keeping you honest that?s still a great pace!! [emoji23][emoji16]

Right you are haha. I should technically add about 40 secs for the extra tenth, for the pace i was averaging. The lungs sure appreciated the 48 degree temps tho and its only getting warmer! Goal was 22:30 by May 26th, think I made that.

Had a pretty solid week at the gym this week.

Biggest thing that I have been able to at the gym vs. my garage is having access to heavier weights and a bit of variety. 5 days a week which is good for the calorie count.

I've been stewing on this since I got back from the doctors about 3 hours ago. So here it is since most of you been on my journey the last 3 years.

Well physical Worse then I was hoping. Blood pressure high putting me on a water pill. Lowest dosage. Requires blood draw again next monday. He is Very concerned about my yo-yoing of weight over the last 8 years several 50 plus pound drops to then adding it back on so referring me to medical weight loss clinic to see if they can help support me with nutrition and possibly surgery (told him I dont really want surgery this idea scares me honestly) back in a month to go over my blood work from today blood draw for my cholesterol, glucose, vitamin d and adding some new test checking my white cell counts with my two grandfathers passing of leukemia and thyroid check cause of weight issue.

Told doctor I'm doing fine with exercising and discussed what I'm doing and he agreed that I'm working out enough.

I'm still kinda trying to process this stuff all at once and just kinda over load.

you will get it figured out. I know for me, stress eating has always been an issue. Remember health is a marathon not a sprint.

Hang in there Marcus.
Heed the Dr advice.
I concur. Try and do this without surgery.
Take a hard look at calorie intake and calories burned on average day.

Hopefully if there is a thyroid issue the doctor can help you out. My Dad dropped a bunch of weight as soon as they addressed that issue with him. He has kept it off fairly easy since that was reigned in.

Nice work Marcus.

New Challenge if you're ready...

Strive to consistently peddle > 23 miles in your 60 minutes with the same resistance, which I assume is set at a high level.
I know you got this bro!

Yeah I'm at highest setting I can get. I'm up to trying but it might take some time my pr for 60 mins is 22.2 if I remember correctly. But I'm willing to push and try for it
