Just filled my 3rd whitetail tag here in Pa, work has slowed down and I’ve got most of my meat processed already. I’ll be resuming my workouts on Monday. First challenge of this year will be a Spartan winter Sprint near Syracuse, NY with another Super and Beast in Ohio to follow....AROO!!!

Just got home from the gun club. Tonight was our big fundraising gun raffle draw. So was helping with paperwork and party stuff and clean up. Had a record year for sales for our raffle that will help with improvements that need to be made and our kids shooting sports program ( hunters safety, 4H, high scool trap teams, etc)

got a ride in last night. getting ready to work out this morning, and got a phone call, my aunt passed away. kinda took the work out desire out of me.

Got in just under and just over 8 miles hiking in the hills the last 2 Saturday's. Both days at the end of the day my left knee hurt pretty bad on the left side, only while Going down hill. Feels better after a day or two.
Getting old sucks...
