Well, I got a good one in Sunday and a decent one in before work this morning. My legs are pretty sore sitting here in the office, will need to do some stretching this evening.

My elk hunt required a lot of work three weeks ago and I was a pretty tired unit afterwards. Add in a bunch of waterfowl hunts and sleep came at a premium. I still managed about 2 workouts a week for the last month but now I am starting to really get back into the swing of things.

Did just over a 2 mile run with my 8 year old daughter this morning before work. I can ride bike for miles, and miles, climb ladders and towers all day, hike up and down mountains all day, running is defiantly a different animal!

Morning shoveled for 30 mins to get the fresh 5 to 6 inches of snow off

Afternoon
Ab workout with medicine ball for 15 mins
Lifting

Leg extentions 3x15. 50lbs
Leg extentions 3x10 75lbs
Bench 3x10 65lbs
Bicep curls 3x10 25lb dumbbells
Shoulder press. 3x10 25lb dumbells
Leg curls 3x10 50lbs
Bent row. 3x10 25lb dumbells
Bent row 3x10 65lbs
Deadlift 2x10 65lbs

Evening
30 mins recumbent bike. 9.75 miles

Took last week and a half off workouta cause of hunting and then getting my sleep better. Jumped my average hours slept by a whole hour last week.

30 minutes this morning, but my third workout this week and normal is about 45 minutes. Was a pretty good one this morning though.

30 mins on the recumbent bike before bed 9.7 miles on ride on the park setting

Cut and packaged up 80 pounds of ground beef in to 1/2 pound packages and burgers.

Then ran for the first time on anything in months.

15 mins on the elliptical 1.25 miles
