Well, I got a good one in Sunday and a decent one in before work this morning. My legs are pretty sore sitting here in the office, will need to do some stretching this evening.
My elk hunt required a lot of work three weeks ago and I was a pretty tired unit afterwards. Add in a bunch of waterfowl hunts and sleep came at a premium. I still managed about 2 workouts a week for the last month but now I am starting to really get back into the swing of things.
