Finally got back on the workouts after getting things squared up at home after being gone on my trip

Rode recumbent bike 30 mins on pikes peak setting 9.7 miles

Got about 10 miles of hiking while hunting in the last couple days, couple miles were heavier packing out a couple antelope! Get 3 more days in this next weekend.

I work construction and climb ladders every day, it keeps me in fair shape.

plus,lots of beer to help the biceps

last night splitting wood, i could hear a bull bugling. Season opens in a couple of days, but he is on land i don't have permission to hunt.
the previous land owner died and i have not met the new owners. Hopefully i meet the new owners real soon.

Hunting trip didnt do me to good. Weight in this morning ( first in a month) has me a bit depressed to be quite honest it kinda deflated me. Im up to 335 only down 25 pounds from my start weight 2 plus years ago. meaning ive put back 3/4 of what i lost as i was down 100 pounds back june of 2017. I got to re find my way and get my nutrition figured out.
