Swept the neighborhood perimeter via a 2-mile security patrol. FOD in road observed and secured. Believed to be dislodged from the last operating '73 Pinto. Conducted PT moves in front-yard that apparently, left my fellow urban commandos in shock, quasi-awed, and blushing.

Most steps in a day. By far the best fitness test for me today, was the 20 minutes on the elliptical. It had been over three months since we had bonded. The reattached tendons are still barking!

Wow! I better quit loitering. I have a new goal. Started out 5K was the goal, but now I need a 20K day.

Tim or anyone in the know;

What kind of water bottle are you attaching to your bike on your long rides? I use a standard plastic bottle that fits into the cage that mounts will hex screws to the bike frame. But I notice the water turns warm when filled with ice after 45 minutes. Warm water is better than no water when you?re 15 miles out but looking for a little cooler option. Thanks guys!

Funeral done, Cub Scout camp over. Hit the weights tonight before class

Pause squats 6x3
Bench 4x6
Sumo deadlift 4x3

Looking for a used airdyne type bike. I really need to get some cardio in.

SOP for fitness today. Planned more exercise today, but my son called late last night and asked if we could take the 7 Rem Mags to Fort Carson today. Sure, twist my arm.

I have a soft spot for the seven mag as that?s my favorite caliber. I don?t blame you!

Agreed. I spend a lot of time shooting the 6, 6.5, and 7 millimeters. Chris did great with his 7RM yesterday. With five rounds he verified zero at 100 yards, then hit the steel-coyote twice at 420 yards, and finished with shots 4 and 5 on steel at 485 yards.

Where does one purchase the Steele Cody target or something similar?

Fitbit FUBAR... Took the contraption off to charge it late last night, and forgot about it until noon today.

SOP on PT moves. Walked the 2-mile circuit in 90 degree temperatures. Got 20 minutes on the elliptical too.

My shooting buddy and I have been repairing the drywall-divot in the stairwell the last couple of days...

The ones we have been shooting at are permanently affixed to the Ft. Carson range. One of the RSOs goes out and repaints them just about every Tuesday morning. Just about every Tuesday, I try to mess their paint up.

Here is one option:
