My hunting fitness routine got put on hold due to an emergency appendectomy two days ago, looks like my workouts for the next week or two will be lifting the remote control.

Built swing set after running 14 miles and mowing 6 acres. I am beat this morning but driving 8 hours to talk wife n kids to beach for a few days.

Got a couple of solid workouts in this weekend as well as a hike on Saturday at 10K feet. My two year old got her first real taste of the mountains and she had a blast.
Sunday
Morning went to an event for my parents becoming members at there church. Then had lunch with them and my grandmother so she could visit with my youngsters that werent there last weekend for the funeral
Evening
Did some yard equipment maintenance. Changed oil, blade, spark plug and filter on the push mower and got more line put on the weed whacker
Push mowed the front yard.

Swept the neighborhood perimeter via a 2-mile security patrol. FOD in road observed and secured. Believed to be dislodged from the last operating '73 Pinto. Conducted PT moves in front-yard that apparently, left my fellow urban commandos in shock, quasi-awed, and blushing.
