Pretty wimpy workout tonight. The schedule change stinks for getting in a rhythm workout wise. We do 4-10s during the summer.

More mind-numbing PT, mostly concentrating on stretching/loosening those three tendons that were surgically reattached. Walked 10K steps, which is approximately five miles.

Sunday morning work out after hosting 70 of my closest friends and relatives for my daughter's high school graduation party. She's also just completed two years of college. Really proud of her. That itself is a work out-LOL

Your daughter did great, Bonecollector!

The wife got a wild-hair and decided to unpack some downstairs boxes from our most recent move (six years ago...). I spent most of the morning cussing and praying while navigating the stairs.

The FitBit stats from yesterday are about typical, except for when my stepdaughter and I drive over to Cabela's and walk around aimlessly. I bribe her with fresh fudge from their deli. Buys me about an hour.

Standard 10K steps so far for the day, which today was approximately 5 miles.

I did my normal 2 PT in-home sessions today, which is mostly stretching. Extremely slow progress on flexibility. Walking faster.

Rode the bike a gain today to let my foot heal from what ever i did sunday night but the picture is from today. And that is about half the size it was and yesterday it was all black and blue and nasty looking. Was tender walking on it. Figured better take one night off from running

I cannot tell if that image is of your butt, or your heal. Either way, I am fully engaged in trying to shake that image...

Standard Fitbit day. Messed around with gun safes downstairs today.

Standard stuff with 10K steps and 5 miles. The knee really hurts today, but I think the knee/quadriceps stretching is actually showing some mobility improvement. Enough of the whining.

My legs are pretty sore from a couple of days ago and added kettlebell swings to it last night. Today is lots of fun, and I get to mow the yard tonight...
