may just always seems to be a very busy month for me. with that said, I got 147 miles on the bike with 21,344 feet of elevation. hopefully I can pick that up in june, but I am trying to ride bikes on Saturday and whitewater sundays.

I have been hearing a bull in the morning. I hear him barking and chuckling, last night I had a cow elk posing next to my steel target.

First day over 10,000 steps since the stair-adventure. Only 5,000 steps over my daily goal.... We will see what the doc has to say tomorrow.

Got three rifles zeroed today. That in of itself was a workout! Ninety degrees out today.

You guys are doing good. Compromised with the doc today. Away from the house, he wants me in the brace, but I can walk with it unlocked. Don't have to wear the brace in the safety of the house. That made me laugh out loud. That is where I got hurt.

Six week countdown timer starts for getting back to work and kicking rudder pedals.

Work 13 hours and got home about 10;15. Then back to work at 7am so no workout today

Testing maxes this week.

Today did 225 squat. Went up 5 pounds but it was super clean. I'm pumped because it's my body weight. I know it's light to a lot of guys but this has been a long time coming for me.

Just did bench max. Got 165 up. Not quite what I was shooting for but up 10 pounds over last month. Wifey says my form looks off, she can't figure out what it is. But on a super positive note. My wife did 130! She went up 15 pounds from last month. I'm so proud of her

Another long day at work only 9 hours today but those to days in a row i was feeling. Still went for a run.

Felt really good. I think i figured out some of my numb foot issue is form. I think i have been running to straight legged if that makes sense putting more pressure on my feet and calves. I ran with a little more bend in my knee kind like an 1/8 squat feel. And no foot numbness or tight calves could feel it a litttle in my upper thighs but nothing bad. It also helped it was 65 when i ran so not overly hot was very comfortable.
