Physical therapy at the range today included 4,990 steps, and about 2.5 miles of walking.

First three shots at 200 yards, which includes cold bore. Then went straight to 1,100 yds on steel, and first shot at that distance was a miss. Second shot holding 6 MOA into the wind was a hit. My buddy, who had never shot beyond 500 yards previously, got two hits at 1,100 yards. Big smile.

Using the 6 CDMR today. That is quite a hike to retrieve the 200 yd paper target with the leg brace locked. Ha!

Short run due to trail closure for a slip. The heat and humidity was already a killer at 8:30am.

According to FitBit I did 25K plus steps on Saturday between my workout and yard work...

I was really tired.
It is amazing how accurate the FitBit is in keeping track of total steps, miles walked, etc. It definitely works as a motivator too.

The only time I am not thrilled with it's accuracy is tasks like raking.

Ha! My FitBit does not like me doing stairs, and refuses to log them, knowing what happened last time.

This is my typical day. Hopefully the doc will let me remove the brace, or at least unlock it for walking starting this Friday.

My son is taking him for a flight in an open cockpit biplane this week. Chris plans to roll it upside down and inquire about the status of my brace removal...

Tuesday
Back at it. Feeling bit heavy after camping this weekend not the best eatting habits. Working on that part of health currently cause it needs revamping.

Temps dropped a hair to 89 only and 95 percent humidity. And i can runas late as i normally do(to avoid the heat of the day) this week to avoid not getting enough sleep. Have early shifts all week.

So jumped on elliptical and ran my 30 mins and then jump on the recumbent bike for 15 just to get a little extra that running inside doesnt get compared to outside
