Ok guys I've got a strange question for you. We got a new puppy almost 4 weeks ago and I haven't had time to work out in that time. It's just like having a toddler in the house. Anyway, I haven't changed my eating habits but I have lost 2lbs. Could my muscles be shrinking that fast? I figured I would gain weight by eating the same and not exercising.
Maybe the running after dog is still giving you a workout?

I wouldn't put much stock in a 2lb differential. Your body will fluctuate more than that on any given day.

Trying to eat well and drink a ton of water while I sit on my butt healing from hernia surgery.

I did 7 miles the day befor looking for sheds and was down 6 lbs. I hope to get back at it by Wednesday

Tonight I ran 7 segments of 400 meters with 400 meter cool downs between each speed session.
Fast 7 min mile pace
Slow 8:30 mile pace

Weigh in was flat from previous week at 300.5

Stayed at 1700 calories

Monday

Rode recumbent bike 30 mins rolling hills setting. Got 10.5 miles short ride tonight did a lot of "working out all day".

Walked my dog and son down to pick up my oldest from preschool this afternoon 1.5 milea round trip. Then after getting back spent the time unloading the toys and yard items out of shed and cleaning them well boys played about 1 hour 30 mins. Then wife got home and want to go for a walk. (Hit 70 today for time this year) so i kinda tricked here and took her and the double stroller with the boys on one of my short 2 mile running routes. She was a little sore but i was sore from pushing the stroller. Was a great day out today getting the family involved

Normally run day but rain

Did a Hiit video 25 mins called it burn and blast. Had burn sets ( strength like exercises squats etc) and blast ( heavy cardio.

Then didnt think that was enough so did there tabata challenge 25 min video. Man that kicked my but. Lots of core workouts and last set of 8 circuit was what they call core crusher.

Lifted afterward
Bicep curls 3x10 40lbs
Tricep press 3x10 40lbs
Shoulder press 3x10 40lbs
Bent row 3x10 40lbs
Shrugs 3x15 40lbs
Chest fly 3x10 40lbs
Dumbell bench press 3x10 40lbs

Wednesday

Run right after work. Was feeling good till 1.5 miles in. Finished the hill climb at 2 mile marker and had to stop to cross busy road. Stopped a few mins to stretch as my calves were tight and warmer out and drank water real quick. Was going to try for 5 miles but stopped at for as my legs were just to gone. The workout last night killed them
