Getting a short workout in now. Shoulders today, ready for snow to melt so I can get more variety. The garage isn?t heated and most of my equipment is out there

I agree with Tim. I rode my sled to the hunting shack and shoveled snow for a couple hours in prep for a wild game feed in a week or so. We have about 24 guys who either ski or sled the 10 miles in on the trail. I only exercise when I don't have enough hard work to keep me in shape...am heading out shortly on my mountain sled to break trail thru 3' of snow on a river to check on a friend's cabin. That's a workout, and if we get stuck it's really a workout.

Calving season is started so my work gets a lot more physical again. I also downloaded the Exo workout on my tablet that they have listed for free. I downloaded it on the computer but haven't done it yet. My wife has traveled a bunch for work so I've been solo parenting but things can start getting more serious now.

I have definitely slacked since last November on working out. I am going on an AK moose hunt this September that is my only out of state hunt this year. I think strength training will be as important as cardio for this from talking to past hunters. I hope pack-outs are not long but in a bone-in unit they will be heavy. Motivation and advice are welcome...

Remember, any movement is good. Work with what you've got. Diet is usually the bigger issue when working out of town.
I'll be on the road a few days each week this month myself. I try to work my workouts around travel so I one of the days is an easy one or a possible rest day.
