I need to get some cardio going. Can’t wait for it to warm up so I can get outside. I will try the short term goals. Honestly I feel great at my weight now. BUT I want to hit that 202 just so I can say I’m half the man I used to be
That’s cool. Congratulations

Been doing 3-5 walks with the dogs. We have all been cooped up. Im Ready to get into the program and get in shape a few month early. Lots of traveling has kept me on the downhill slide.

Still nursing my knee but it's feeling better. It's so nice in SW Wyoming that I've been able to get out on the mountain bike the last couple of days. Did about 8 miles today. I had scheduled an MRI for Friday but I think I'm going to cancel and hope I keep progressing

Be careful, I tried that once...needed knee surgery regardless...

Went for a run was icy and lot unshoveled areas made it a tough one. Was getting.mad as i was running cause my time really wasnt matching up with my distance when i finished it said i went 3.13 miles in 37:37. Which is super super slow for me. I was a littls pissed till i looked at my route map and realized my gps had screwed up and miss .42 miles at the beginning of my run meaning i had gone 3.55 not 3.13 in that time.

Bonecollector what’s your ab routine?
It varies, but I am careful to not overdue any one session. Usually about 10-12 minutes or 200 reps.
I do a freestyle, old dvd core workouts, or one of the many free ones on tv. slow and steady. I could post a picture of my first 30 days (January) if interested. I'm on phase 2 now for February.

I'm just following what my wife's power lifting coach has her do on the big moves. She does 5x5, then 6x4 for a couple weeks then 8x3 then a deload week. I don't know if it's right or wrong just makes it easy for working out with momma to mimic her routine.
