Might take tonight friday off ass i have to work earlu but not sure

Superset 4 rounds of various AB exercises. I tightened up the diet this month as well. (Just trying to take it to a new level for the honey; 6 abs + 2more will be 8)

Hunted tonight on a late season extended hunt so no workout but hiked around the area to find a spot.

Going out for the last day of the extended season tomorrow hoping to fill my tag last chance

I got another short workout in today, wasn't a core killer or anything like that but worked good for a single day workout.

Still running but its tough in the cold!! Buuuurrrr
This morning i set my kettlebells out in the driveway and then started walking the alley to warm up. Picked up the kettlebell and realized that they were just too cold to hold onto this morning. Moved my workout inside in short order...

Well tried and failed a kettlebell emom.

5 squats
10 deadlifts
15 swings

20 minutes

Made it ten rounds then dropped the squats, made it 5 more and dropped the deads. I'm toast time for a shower and a bowl of that deer chili that's been in the crock pot all day

Hiked around in the afternoon to stay warm and scout the newish area i was in a little more.

Weigh in up to 290.4 from 286.6

Monday

Rode recumbent bike 50 mins cross training setting got 18.2 miles

Tonight

Been cold and winter weather advisory sonce sunday night so probably do one of my HiiT video

speaking of cold, this is why I decided to take up ice hockey and rock climbing in a gym, can do it year round in comfort, both are indoors, so when it's 100 outside or -20, I can be inside working out.

To each their own, but I strongly enjoy sports and teams over, lifting weights or a treadmill.

It's been much easier for me to keep "playing" for my workouts vs. going to the gym and "working out"
When it's fun, it's much easier to keep doing IMO.

Just an idea/mention for those who have tried to get in shape and can't keep anything from sticking.
Try a team sport/activity, and if you don't love it, try another until you find one you love.

Yes sports are great love doing those to. I enjoy my bike and running time to. Just hard to run outside when its slick and cold
