Back to the normal eating. I felt like crap after thanksgiving so back to the routine.
After years of the same thing, I've really started to watch what and how much I eat while at the in-laws. I even go so far as to eat a small meal prior to leaving to curb the appetite and get in something healthy.

The anti-biotics are working wonders and I should be back into my routine by Sunday night. The problem...is that goose opens back up nd that means a bunch of my mornings next week at the island will be shot...

Marcus,
Looked like the beginning of a good run. Remember to not start out too quick as it looked like you had a good 'flat' pace going on this one. Good job.

Sigpros,
Nothing better than deadlifts or some variation of such. Keep after it!

I spent the weekend finishing my lighting project (finally). I plan to run tomorrow.

The 9:45 mile was the one with a big hill in it. Been tryin to included a hill into my runs as they seem to drag my times down a bit

Sometime hard to keep my pace down i normally run that first mile innloke 845-850 then like 910-20 for number two and 930 for last mile whe i run 3 miles but havent been running my 27 min 3 milers lately. Figured that 920 area is a good overal pace for my longer runs 4 to 6 miles

Did a kettlebell clean and tri extension workout this morning. Very short and not much intensity, however I was able to do it.
