Had one hell of a workout yesterday! My legs were sore as could be from the bodyweight workout outside Wednesday but I still did a lot of TRX for chest, squats with overhead press,Abs, and alternating between the treadmill and the rower. I average 33 seconds for seven rounds on the rower for 200 m and running an average of 8 to 9 mph on the treadmill for .15 miles

I had my old hardtail mountain bike hanging on the wall in the garage for a few years since I got my full suspension Norco. Over the winter I decided to upgrade some of the parts and convert it to a single speed so that I had a reason to ride it. Took it out for the first time as a single speed. What an ass kicker! I probably hit max heart rate 10 times on the first climb. I'll be taking this one out more often to build the lungs and legs.

Down to 225 this morning. Consistently losing 3.5 pounds per week. I did 5 miles in the mud and CRP on Saturday in 71 minutes- not great time for 5 miles but the conditions and terrain were challenging to say the least. Picture huge mud clumps on your feet with every step. I took it easier on Sunday and did 5 miles on pavement with the dogs at a fast walk.

I started end of January 2016 at 360 pounds doctor and i had a long talk about needing to make changes goal was to be 250 in a year was a little short only got down to 264.2 so almost 100 pounds in a year. Im still pushing for that 250 goal and would like to get down near 220-225

That's awesome work! It's amazing how much better you feel when the pounds really start coming off.

Its unbelievable the difference. I feel so much better. And used to use a cpap machine well sleeping for sleep apnea well i havent been using it lately and told doctor about it. So getting retested this week to see if i even need the machine anymore.

That is a nice side benefit. My wife said I have completely stopped snoring. Wake up feeling a lot more rested.

No workout had to bring littlest to doctors with bad fever and cough and after that had to go to my sleep study. Need do some yard work though.

Sleep study was good they never put me on cpap cause i didn't have enough episodes to warrant needing it. So might be done with my cpap if dr OKs it
