I was doing the workout video and looked out the window this morning and lo and behold, there was a cow elk munching on the trees.
little extra motivation right there.

Monday

Went for a walk with the family for 30 mins.

Then went for run


Had my physical today with the doctor. Was very impressed and happy with my weight loss. Talked about my sleep apnea and how with my weight loss i dont see a differnce in my sleep quality with or without cpap machine. So getting my sleep study redone to see if i still need it. Then talked about my left shoulder the one with our the separation injury. Its been having some none painful grinding. Having xray done to check and make sure there wasnt an injury to it from my fall that separated my right shoulder. My blood work test be back in few days but overall great visit

Sounds like you're on the right track.

2.85 miles in 28:45. Started off slow but my last split was at 9:47 so I'm getting better.

Well in an effort to force myself to run further faster, I am signing up for a 10k next weekend. There is also a 10k the weekend before my end goal of the half marathon in June so I should have a decent comparison before I run the half.

Awesome that should be fun. Im hoping to do a 10k this year its one of my goals. Just be careful not to burn yourself out on that 10k the weekend before your half marathon

Yeah I'll have a full week to recover and I'm not exactly a runner so I don't think I'll be trying to crush the 10k. The half marathon goal is mostly just to complete it. I'm not looking for a super fast time.

3rd morning in a row, she was there, but some of her friends where on the other hill side.

sometimes pulling river permits is just as hard as hunting permits. But the gods smiled and I pulled a Hells Canyon float permit for july 2nd.

did another workout vid, supposed to ride bikes tonight, but riding bikes on the snow in the rain does not sound fun.

Floated Hell's Canyon 2 summers ago. Awesome time, hopefully you have a good dog and can do some chukar hunting during the trip. We had about 7 boats I think and 3 good bird dogs. Gotta love the cast and blast!

Well took that challenge on bone collector and got 40 mins 10 seconds for my 15 miles on the recumbent bike. Man did i have to push real hard to do it to dang

Started up 3 weeks ago after being lazy for a month. Spartan races and other OC races right around the corner. Time to get after it.

I ran 8.25mi on rolling streets at moderate pace of 9:10
It was cold at the start, but beats running on the tread-wheel of death! lol
