Friday is international Beer and biceps day, good work!I drank 10 beers last night and passed out in the recliner watching the final episodes of hell on wheels.
If your talking about the recumbent bike. I have that set up by my tv in the basement and a lot of the time either watch some gunting shows or play my ps3 well im doing my biking. Ive found with 2 young kids only time i get to play video game is well biking so it kinda a side motivator for doing it.1.5 miles on the treadmill followed by 20 mins on the bike. Don't know how you do that for 45 mins, Marcus. That shit is boring.
