mid December thru the end of January, is always tough for me to be consistent in my working out. Hopefully life gets back to some sort of routine soon.

on a side note, me and my truck have gotten to know each other really well. Lots of plowing. We are actually having a real winter. It is awesome. I thrive in the winter.

I had to google it. Interesting. I like the website gif. That alone will raise one's heart rate. :)
Does it incorporate any heavy lifting, or is it geared more toward only heart rate targeting via both moderate weights and cardio?
No heavy lifting, most have up to 50lb Dumbbells. We focus on strength, power and endurance and a combination of all three. Different workout every day.

Decided to go for a run today even though it was icy. Got going it the run felt good so kept going ended up run 5 miles. Not quite the under ten min pace but i thought i was a nice pace over all and stayed pretty consistent through the run.

Nice job. I noticed the extra 2 miles on the run too. I remember the first time I broke past the 2.5/3 mi barrier. I seem to remember it was more of a mental thing like I couldn't run that far. Then one day I said I was going to do it and I hit 5 or so miles. Just like you I remember hitting the runners high and that 2nd wind came in and I felt like I could just keep going.

Good luck and change your runs up. 3 mi fast runs and mix in some longer but slower runs. I like to keep my body guessing as to what I will run next.
