Nice work. My company is hosting peak performance week this week and today's event was the 500 m row. We had someone do it in 1:08! Not a lot of people use the rower but it is a tremendous work out if done correctly. It is a main component of our daily workouts. I highly recommend everyone incorporating it into the routine.
Yep. I kinda stop workin out in September cuz if hunting season and fire it back up around the 1st week of Dec. I try to do the Cam Hanes thingy, run, lift, shoot, but I live in MN so shooting outside is usually unpleasant so that doesn't happen.Starting the winter workout routine? Hunting season kills my workout schedule and today is my first day back at it. Chest and tris this morning, anybody else working out?
