Holiday's weren't to good to me food wise either. Getting back on track food wise now that work slowed some and holidays are behind usI've been putting forth a lack-luster effort due to work schedule, holidays, hunting, etc. But none of this is an excuse for some of my recent eating habits. I started back on my old routine of working out and eating healthy again yesterday.
I plan to post more details of my workouts here going forward so as to motivate myself and perhaps others.

Monday - Chest workout only. Flat Bench - worked up work sets of 5 sets of 5
