Workouts are fewer as I'm catching up on home projects and working a lot. However, still getting plenty of 'exercise' in as well.
Did a lot of yard work, rotated truck tires, and got out to bowhunt Saturday morning.

Thats what im trying to do. Yesterday was just not the best physical day for me to run. Only had 4 hours of sleep and worked 10 hours. Then ran the route with the most hills in it? Including right at the start big incline for 1/3 mile. But yeah im tryin for that sub 10 min pace

Just trying add some friendly encouragement. I know you can and will do it.

Appreciate it i even posted on Facebook that it was a crappy time for me lol. Then of course had family and friends comment that i was doing fine and that they would take that long to run a mile lol. After my race i just havent been able to dupicate that time ive had a few under 30 since but not near 29 flat. And most have been just over 30 so im right on the brink

Running in the morning, cooler weather, and the adrenaline of the race does help. It shaved +1 min off my first race!
I vowed then and there to increase some of my training runs as I averaged a faster pace for 13 miles than I was doing on short runs and even some short speed runs in training. You'll get there, just don't let doubt and frustration creep into your mind. You did not gain the weight in a few weeks, thus you will not lose it all in a few weeks. However, it does come off faster than it goes on. Patience my friend.

Yeah it seems as though weight wise im bouncing up and down a lot more now then i was before and get stuck in a range for a bit but when i look at the graph of my weight loss its still on a good downward slope so over time thats what matters
