Today was my firat training run of the week. decided after repeating week 3 last week and my knee feeling a ton better that i would jump up to week 4 of the training program. So this weeks circuit is

It felt good legs were a little tired after. Also noticed i need to change my turn around point or its almost time to do the loop around.
