Still going with lifting once, grappling once, and running once per week. Ran 30 minutes last night. Lift again tomorrow, so twice this week.

Been shoveling a lot of snow this year. Does that count?

Oh i know its crazy combo of the cold and the physical nature of shoveling. It gives you a good cardio and muscle building

I was able to add a bunch of dumb bells to my collection this weekend. Should help quite a bit with adding a little bit of variety to my exercises as well as dead weight to my sled pulls....

Dude! You rock!! This coming from a Buckeye! ;-)
This is inspirational to anyone who says it can't be done. Keep after it! It'll pay off in the field this fall and for your well-being.
Congrats!

Friday: Chest, Triceps, Traps

I've been following a run smarter not harder program. Seems I always go all out, which is not always the best. I learned this while competing in National Powerlifting, but to dense to carry it over. lol
Saturday I ran 7 miles in 59 minutes and it was actually not bad. Thinking of running my 2nd 1/2 Marathon this May.

Worked really late last nite, thus only time for a bicep and trap workout.
Hoping to get the bike out this weekend as temps will finally be above freezing.
