Today was flat bench day, the day where I am reminded that I am terrible on a flat bench LOl
You can accomplish the same by pushing yourself away from the table. The bigger the table and the more on it, the more it seems just like a bench press. Believe it or not, Arnold Schwartzenegger (SP?) personally taught me the proper way to do dumbell flys and the bench press. That was way back before he started making movies.

Pushed through a snow storm. Trsted the lungs out a bit more was good run.

Also lifted back, triceps, shrugs, pullups im getting so close to getting my first one .

Hit the treadmill today, back to the weights tomorrow. After SHOT I will update the plan for 2022, I am planning to continue 5 days a week, only difference is that I am going to 3 days lifting, 2 days of dedicated cardio.
