Back after it this week. Light jog and weight room on Monday. Hoping to get out on a 5-6mi run to test the legs today. Feeling pretty good, but not sure if yet 100%... but close.

5 mile run at an 815 pace. A lot less leg pain but still tight hamstrings. Few more days and I should be good. It’s been about 1 yr since I took time off. Got caught up training others for races. 3 BQ’d and one was very close.U got this man but dont push to hard
