Short fish trip with my oldest

Elliptical series that I back burned the last 2 weeks.
2 min warm up
9 rounds (2 min speed/1min rest)
Then I did a 3 min cooldown afterward

25 mins arms and abs
3x13 on tricep curl, bicep curl, shoulder press

And several different ab workouts 31124

Lifting
Bench 3x13 95lbs
Standing row 3x13 resistance band
Leg extensions 3x13 50lbs
Chest flys 3x13 20lbs each arm
Bent row 3x10 95lbs

Starting to get the loose skin issue from the weight lose so want to start focusing some time on muscle and toning workouts

I can't do what I used to do, but have kept up the basic daily exercise, and try to be physically active all day. This morning was able to do 22 pullups and 43 push-ups. Don't know many 20 year olds who can do that. Will be starting extensive pack training (rucking) in prep for my Sept. Wyoming deer hunt.

I definitely can't do the pullups. I have never been good st doing them. Pushups I could possibly come close to though

Good thing you were home during the last few months Marcus, or your kids wouldn't even know you.
Well I've been working the whole pandemic as I'm an essential employee and for a few weeks I went from part time to full time with some OT cause we were so crazy
