I have 3 cords of rounds all ready to be split if anyone needs some upper body work outs. Still haven't moved to the wood splitter.

Couple model 12s, 2 pre64 model's , tons of Mausers in all sorts of shape. A few SW revolvers that will be going directly into my collection :)
Every time we have done this before it's taken me a day or two to recover. It's a lot of lifting and twisting and this time I actually feel ok. Guess exercise actually helps :)

I took the dog for an 8 mile hike with 50lb in my pack and about 1000' of elevation gain yesterday. It felt pretty easy aside from jogging mile 6.

I'm going to pick up some weight plates off Craigslist and try strapping them to my pack frame.

I've been hit and miss this week due to final push on my basement project. Should be done this week. I'll post pictures soon.
Been hectic with my race last week, son's graduations, basement project, and preparing for gad. party. Which means cleaning the garage, landscaping, etc, etc. etc.... Can't wait to get back to some form of normalcy in about 2 weeks. :)

Looking forward to pack hikes next week.

33.1 miles for me last week with 10 on Saturday and 12 yesterday to get me there. Things are starting to settle out so I should be able to get back on track this week. 138 miles for May which makes the 39th month in a row of 100 miles or more running for me.

The scale has been creeping back up on me lately though, I've set 210 as my new upper limit and I'm pushing it lately. I may have to start watching what I eat a little bit and cut out the 1,000 calories of candy I've been eating on a near daily basis lately!
