I have been trying to figure out how to ride more. the wife made a comment on how much riding i have been doing. i guess, i just keep at the same pace.

on a side note, sure is smoky here.

Speed up the pace and you can cover more ground, thus riding more miles anyway. :)

That was a heck of a elevation climb you had over the weekend! Nice

60 min push mowed the yard.

Then spent 45 mins weed whacking, pulling weeds in the flower bed, and picking up after the dogs in the backyard.

Ride with the club was good but definitely pushed me tonight. We kept at 10.3 mph pace no water break at top of hill or road crossing breaks for the 9 mile loop. Did a cool down for the 2 mile route i took back to the house

Haven't mowed in over a month. We are super dry here
