Which ram would you shoot?

These two rams are old, tight curled and impressive. Which one would you choose if you had the tag?

Actually, you couldn't legally shoot them. I took both pictures in Glacier Park during early spring several years ago.

I would shoot the fist one that gave me a shot! If I really were to choose though it would be the second ram. I love the long horns and the big chip out of the right horn.

I would have to take the second one just because he is not broomed off like the first, great pictures!

I would love to take either one! But given the choice I would take the second one. I like the two long horns that are not broomed off.

Great pictures! That was one of my favorite parts of Glacier when we went a couple of years ago. We walked within 100 yards of a bachelor group of sheep and they didn't give a hoot. It was pretty awesome. And the mountain goats, too. They walked right down the trail and pretty much pushed us out of the way. We timed it pretty well and saw a bunch of baby goats playing on the slopes. It was pretty cool.

I wouldn't be picky, either are great. It's hard to tell which is the biggest one because of the different angle that you see them here. It can be hard to tell. Ram 2 would be my quick choice though.

Good photos, thanks for sharing them.

*2 ....no question about it. These pictures give a totally different prospective of him. Its really a wonder he hasn't broomed them off. In the last picture the tip almost completely blocks his eye! That is truly a "full curl"!

The first one is a pig, I am not sure I could pass on either, but I think I would try and find that first guy. Probably wouldn't score as well, but I would lean towards ancient, old, and character.
